BORN & RAISED IN INDY -
As an Indianapolis native, I grew up on the southside of town in an area called Greenwood. After college I met my wife through a blind date thanks to a good friend of mine. Years later we got married and started a family. We currently live in a northern suburb called Westfield, where we are raising our twins.
HOW CRAIG & REAL ESTATE MIX -
Ever since I was a child, I loved real estate. When I was young, I would hang out with friends at new construction sites riding our bikes around the newly built neighborhoods and trying to stay out of trouble. Fast forward to my teens and I would beg my parents to go to the Home-A-Rama shows where I could walk inside amazing homes that I might never have seen.
When Cara and I dated we loved driving around the large homes & estates that were on the northside of Indianapolis like Meridian Kessler, Williams Creek, Carmel, Fishers and around Geist. Whether the home was old or new I was in heaven. Even as of today, I will drag my wife and kids to see homes while on vacation. Yes… I am that guy!
So why do I tell you this, because I LOVE REAL ESTATE and I LOVE CONSULTING WITH FRIENDS, FAMILY AND CLIENTS when it comes to buying or selling property.
PAST & PRESENT -
Prior to becoming a real estate broker, I had various sales and management jobs including running my own magazine that sold advertising to local businesses. God as always, knows what he is doing! I look back and can see I was being groomed for the real estate business.
Fast forward to 2001…. this was the year I left my corporate job with one of the largest home builders in north America and took a chance to pursue my career in real estate.
Fast forward again to 2020 and I look back to the hundreds of clients I have consulted with as their Agent when it came to buying or selling a property. I have represented clients when buying their first home as well as relocating from another country to Indy and everything in between. I have sold homes valued at $10,000 all the way up to $1.7 Million. One common thread that runs from when I started as an agent until today is putting people first.

I do not like to sugar-coat things when it comes to real estate. I will bring to the table the latest research, current market statistics, proven systems & strategies as well as technology that will benefit you. If I think you are settling when it comes time to making an offer on a home, I will let you know we can do better. If I think you are under pricing or over pricing your home when it comes to selling you will know.
